Return and Refund Policy

Returns can be refunded as Site Credit or to the original method of payment, where applicable. 

Faulty Products

Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within fourteen (14) Days of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. LessthannoneGreaterthan.com will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.

Damaged or faulty products will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund.

Late Returns

Any product returned outside of the 14-day return policy is at the discretion of LessthannoneGreaterthan.com, and may not be accepted or only accepted for Site Credit.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. LessthannoneGreaterthan.com cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact 
CUSTOMERCARE@LESSTHANONEGREATERTHAN.COM prior to placing your order.

 

Returns Process

You can submit Return requests by e-mail for your order you purchased. Where the dispatch has been made, you may request for a Refund after the goods are delivered (unless where physical damage is found when your order is delivered, you must notify us immediately); to submit the request, simply email us with the order details to start the process.  Where you are eligible for a return, you will receive a “Return Requested” email confirmation with a copy of the label, instructions, and international commercial invoices (where applicable) attached.
